A Breakfast Smoothie

Welcome to my personal wellness services

My passion and purpose is to share with you my healthy smoothies, juices and meals along with massage techniques that take care of the body in order to stay well balanced and in harmony with yourself and your surroundings.
My favorite  smoothie for breakfast:
2 Apples
1 cup of Cabbage
1 cup of Mellon
1/2  Avocado
1 cup of pineapple juice (unsweetened)
1 banana
2 cups of water
cut up the fruit and the vegetables and put them in a smoothie maker
yum enjoy!

Broccoli and Cheese Sauce

Here is a healty recipe

Broccoli and Cheese Sauce

2    stalks of broccoli
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
1/4 cup of Oatmeal
1     cup Milk
3/4 cup   Chedder Cheese (grated)
1/4   tsp salt
1/8   tsp pepper
3      fresh Garlics        (crushed)

Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes, drain

Ground the Oatmeal in Coffee grinder
In medium saucepan heat the Olive Oil
Add garlic,milk cook stirring bring to boil stir in the salt, pepper, and cheese
Chop the broccoli in a bowl mix and it with the cheese sauce

Make a Healthy Tzatziki

1grated Cucumber

1/4 cup grated Onion

1 clove garlic

1 tea spoon honey

1 tea spoon see salt

1 table spoon Parsley

1 table spoon Lemon

500 ml yougurt


Squeeze the grated Cucumber to remove all of the moisture, mix all the ingredients in a plastic bowl, and serve!
