Kale and Lentil soup

1/2 pound fresh Kale
wash and chopped
one cup split Lentils
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 red pepper, choppedIMG_20140907_234137
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
3.1/2 cup water
3/4 cup coconut milk

Place ingredient except the kale and coconut milk in a medium pot
bring to boil cover and cook on medium for 30 minutes stirring
add coconut milk and the kale leaves cook for 5 minutes
