Here is a healty recipe
Broccoli and Cheese Sauce
2 stalks of broccoli
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
1/4 cup of Oatmeal
1 cup Milk
3/4 cup Chedder Cheese (grated)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 fresh Garlics (crushed)
Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes, drain
Ground the Oatmeal in Coffee grinder
In medium saucepan heat the Olive Oil
Add garlic,milk cook stirring bring to boil stir in the salt, pepper, and cheese
